CHARGES DROPPED
Use extreme caution when you judge. Especially when you're accusing someone of a heinous act/crime. You will shape the rest of their lives. Cynthia Sommer is a prime example of this.
This woman, a mother of four and the widow of a United States Marine Sergeant, was accused of poisoning her husband, Todd Mitchell Sommer, with a massive dose of arsenic in order to get breast implants, sleep with different Marines and throw wild parties.
Cynthia Sommer fell apart after the sudden death of the man she described as the love of her life.
She didn't get rich.
She paid off HIS bills with the SGLI money, got her breasts enlarged and tried to move on with her life. She grieved in a manner that put her in a bad light, but that shouldn't have branded her a murderer.
The alleged arsenic in Todd's system is as big a fairy tale as Cinderella and it has been clearly proven yet the DA filed a motion to dismiss the case WITH PREJUDICE. What?!
