Not only may Kashif Parvaiz be a two-timing, conniving, conspiring murderer, but according to a New York Post article, he may even be a dirty con-man who talked a disabled elderly gay man into giving him part of a Queens apartment building worth millions of dollars two years ago.
The man's step-mother, Marguerite Ragusa, told the New York Post that Martin Ragusa, 74 met Parvaiz when the alleged wife killer was 14-years-old and doing maintenance work on Martin's home at 440 E. 57th St. in Manhattan. The two men became close friends, and while Parvaiz spent nights at Martin's home, the step-mother could not say whether he was having a sexual relationship with Martin.
However, the wealthy man reportedly boasted about putting Parvaiz through college, and knew Nazish Noorani as well. Members of Noorani's family said Parvaiz lied about his college background, and other things, the New Jersey Newsroom reported. Marguerite said Martin told friends Parvaiz graduated from Columbia University summa cum laude and wanted to go to Harvard.
According to 81-year-old Ragusa, of Baldwin Harbor, the 114-unit apartment building, located in the Hillscrest section of Queens, is set to be sold for more than $9.3 million dollars next month. New York City property records show that Martin Ragusa signed over his 30 percent share of 80-25 Parsons Boulevard in December 2009 to Parvaiz, who inked the $2 million deal hours before his wife was brutally murdered on a quiet street near her father's Boonton, New Jersey home last week.
Though the family was suspicious about Parvaiz' relationship and control over the wheelchair bound Martin for some time, they waited days before the transfer was set to take place to go to court and halt the execution. They lost.

The furrious step-mother said Parvaiz was probably going to use the money from the deal to jump-start a new life with his accused cohort, and alleged mistress Antionette "Soni" Stephen.
Parvaiz is scheduled to be transfered to the Morris County jail upon his discharge from the hosital. He was shot four times, but his injuries were not life-threatening. Stephen remains in a Massachusetts jail under a $5 million bond and will be extradicted within days. Both are facing a bevy of charges including murder and illegal possession of a weapon.
A court affidavit stated that as New Jersey police were headed to the scene of the murder last week, officers saw a blue Toyota Camry speeding away with its lights turned off. Stephen's mother has a 2011 blue Toyota Camry registered in her name, ABC News reported.
