Lawyers for the maid who accused Dominique Strauss-Kahn of sexual assault said Monday they will oppose any attempt by the Manhattan District Attorney to drop the controversial case.
"We are asking the court to not let them dismiss the case tomorrow," lawyer Kenneth Thompson said. "One they dismiss the case, double jeopardy attaches."
